Job Description:

The Solutions Specialist/Account Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Solutions Specialist / Account Manager will serve as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our customer’s needs.

Job Description:
• Serve as primary consultant to customers, sales and support teams for our products and services.
• Operate as the escalation point of contact for all matters specific to customers
• Visit client sites, in their offices with the goal of customer contact, servicing, public relations, training, revenue growth and retention.
• Partner with sales department, providing information and recommendations on customers’ needs
• Provide customer product training/demonstrations. Training involves determining customer needs, customizing and/or creating presentations/information to meet their needs
• Make recommendations to strongly influence management and other staff on process improvements, product enhancements, and/or software from customer perspective
• May provide technical support. Analysis of customer systems, troubleshoots problems, recommend solutions, coordinates fixes and resolves issues
• Perform trend analysis on client usage, issues and market conditions resulting in changes to product, policy and/or processes
• Maintain account planners on customer base
