Job Description

The nation’s largest in-school dental program is looking for Dental Assistants to provide dental services to children who may not otherwise receive dental care.

For almost 20 years, Smile Programs/ Smile Pennsylvania has been changing lives, one small smile at a time. We need your help to reach many more children in need.

You can make a difference every day, every patient. We need full-time qualified Dental Assistants to provide quality care in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Beaver, Venango, and Somerset counties.

NO evenings or weekends! Summers OFF!

Responsibilities :

• 4-handed / chair-side dental assisting
• Digital radiography
• Charting of patient treatment plan
• Equipment set-up, breakdown, and sterilization assistance
• Daily travel to and from school sites

Qualification:

• Must hold active CPR card and x-ray certification.
• Must have 1+ years Dental Assisting experience in restorative procedures.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to school.

• Works well with others (especially children)
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Must be able to carry 55 lbs.
