Inside Sales Support

Aerotek Professional Services is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a client in the Columbus area. This is a opportunity to start out with a great company in the Columbus area and work your way up into a sales role. Below is a summary of the daily responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to producers in multiple channels. Develop relationships to drive sales results and a consultative approach that includes a good understanding of all NBS solutions we provide to agents.
• Provides outstanding service agents in support of business unit service and sales objectives. Demonstrates a high level of understanding of customer needs and emphasizes timely responses. Educates consumers and producers on product features and benefits. Communicates effectively and confidently to ensure understanding of information.

Candidates MUST HAVE the following requirements to be qualified for this opening:

• B.S. Degree
• 1-3 years of Sales Experience
• Desire to be in a sales driven role
