Data Entry - Full-time / Part-time

One of my current logistics clients is looking for multiple people to join their team! They are looking for people who are interested in data entry and some customer service. If you don't have logistics experience but you're interested in a logistics career, this may be a great way to get your foot in the door at a global logistics company and jump-start that career!

Duties:
Data Entry
Some Customer Service
Arranging pick ups via email or phone (80% via email and 20% on the phone)
Day to day communication with carriers
Basic reports in Excel
Fill out invoicing
Add expenses to reports

Qualifications:
- Must be detail orientated
- Prior experience doing data entry or administrative duties
- Ability to communicate clearly on phone and email
- Prior experience with Logistics is a PLUS
- Prior Experience with Air Export or Air Import is a PLUS
