Are you an iOS Engineer? Would you like to build apps for a range of iOS devices? Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with backend services.
You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and build applications for the iOS platformEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsCollaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new featuresIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationSkills Proficient with Objective-C and/or Swift, and Cocoa TouchExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend servicesKnowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standardsUnderstanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelinesKnowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferredExperience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and SharkFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
