We are currently seeking candidates for customer service openings in West Mifflin. (not on bus line)
Candidates must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm, be able to work a 230pm to 11pm shift that at times involves the weekends and some holidays. These positions involve processing inbound calls regarding the location of underground utility lines. You will be assisting contractors to have property marked before they are scheduled to do surface digging.
We are seeking candidates who have a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge. We need candidates who are going to be able to think through a problem and come up with a solution. We need candidates who are not intimidated by maps and coordinates. We need candidates who can spell correctly.
There is a full benefits package available upon hire, including medical, dental, vision, short/long .term disability, retirement plan, vacation/holiday pay.

HS Diploma/ GED minimum, Degreed candidates welcomed
Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude, good attendance, ability to work a second shift including weekends/holidays.
