Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Staffmark is actively recruiting for 2 staffing coordinators to work onsite with our customer, onsite in Maryville. The shift will be a rotating 12 hour shift. Hours will be 7p-7a. Must be able to solve employee related issues, maintain presence on the plant floor to address any needs from supervisors, team leads or employees. Daily reporting will be required such as attendance tracking and turnover statistics, scheduling interviews, and assist with recruiting. This is an ideal position for someone that is pursuing HR and would like exposure during the summer.
