Our client, a leader in the food processing and packaging industry, is currently in a growth stage and looking to expand their team out of their Hampshire, IL facility. Open positions include packagers and production department opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience with first shift hours and have the opportunity for growth with a nationwide company. As a packager or production team associate, you will be responsible to ensure that all the food product is inspected, labeled, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. It is a sanitized, but cold work environment, which has its perks in the hot summer months. Associates who have worked there for over 5 years are making an extremely competitive wage compared to most companies in the area.
This is a Monday through Friday position with the starting hours of 7 am-4 pm, 8 am-5 pm, or 11:30-7 pm depending on the department.
