We currently have multiple receptionist openings throughout Boston for a number of our clients. Candidates must have the following experience:
1. Two or more years of proven track record in a reception or administrative assistant capacity
2. Elite communication skills with internal/external parties
3. Professionalism, punctuality, organization, attention to detail
4. Interest in a long term receptionist role
5. Excellent typing/computer skills
Candidates must be able to do the following:
-Answer incoming calls from internal/external
-Manage phone switchboard effectively
-Issue visitor, contractor, and new employee badges
-Manage incoming/outgoing mail
-Manage stationary inventory
