Job Description

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling care for our clients. You will have the opportunity to communicate daily with the aging adult population and will provide critical support for our professional CAREGivers by planning and developing consistent schedules. We are looking for a motivated, driven professional to join our successful, experienced and supportive team as we continue to grow.

This is a full-time position.  Although currently a Monday through Friday position, we would be open to considering Sunday through Thursday workweeks or Saturday through Wednesday workweeks).  

Compensation:
 approximately $35,000 annual salary, depending on experience and other skill sets. Please note salary is in addition to monthly bonus opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of positive relationships.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing our software system.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
  • Follow up on CAREGiver and client concerns as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
