- Packaging Job Description: - Will work in four different departments; Packaging, Mold Making/Base Plate, Hybrid, Oven Furnace area.
- In Packaging will load boxes onto pallet based on purchase order sheet.
- Mold Making/Base Plate area will take clay and put onto base plate to make molds.
- Hybrid area will glue strips felt strips onto clay molds.
- Oven Furnace area will load clay molds into furnace and remove them.
- Will work in a team to get jobs done each day. Will rotate jobs each day so should be flexible in working in each department
- Will also get the opportunity to get incentive pay each week. Work Environment: - Monday - Friday 9a to 530p.
- 40hrs a week. Should expect OT as needed. Saturdays are voluntary overtime.
- $12 Qualifications: - 1+ years of industrial manufacturing experience
- Able to work in all four departments
- Report to work each day AND on time.
- Work in team oriented environment. Performance Expectations: - Will be evaluated on what product looks like, how fast they are able to build pallets, resources being wasted and piece rate. For example while working in the mold making dept. if they exceed 198 they get an additional .50cents per pair made. Additional Information: - 1.5x after 40hrs
