Job Description

In the absence of higher level supervisor, represents the kitchen interface with other departments. Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as receiving. Checks individual work station upon opening and fills as necessary. 
Responsible for completing all daily and weekly cleaning assignments. Communicates items needed to be purchased or prepped per chef's direction. Must be able to work successfully as part of a team. 

3 years’ experience required - competitive wages offered

Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual work stations. Responsible for completing all daily and weekly cleaning assignments. Learning environment and growth opportunities offered.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities
1. Responsible for set-up of daily par/prep and organization of their daily work station. 
2. Preparation of and storage of all food items necessary to operation of station in adherence with quality standards. 
3. Communicate with Executive Chef when special products are needed or having problems with food quality or presentation. 
4. Consistent presentation of daily entrees etc. as designated by Executive Chef 
5. Proper cooking techniques for station items as designated 
6. Consistent presentation of all plates at every meal. 
7. Positive attitude and Team Work required at all time

Job Requirements

Prior experience as a Cook required.

Working knowledge of broiler, pantry and sauté stations.

Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners and Guests.

Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence. providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.
