We
are seeking an organized, deadline-oriented professional with insurance
industry experience to fill a Contract Account Executive role
in our Account Management Services department. You will manage ongoing
contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more
accounts. You will also act as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for
assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call
center) and large or complex accounts. 
 
The Contract Account Executive builds relationships with
Employer/Group clients (not individual members) and serves as the
primary point of contact for contract and document service delivery.
Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to
complete projects and address ongoing service needs. This is an

Primary Responsibilities:
Issue all documents to the assigned customer group (including policies, summary plan descriptions, etc.).Draft documents.Maintain a complex book of business.Work with a variety of internal departments to manage the Issuance process.Advise
and consult with internal and external customers, Brokers, and Account
Management teams on issues relating to the content and administration of
contract documents and/or regulatory or legislative matters.Negotiate document content with clients.Customize documents as needed.Keep abreast of state and federal regulations as they relate to Insurance Benefits and other documents.Review legal risk issues and communicating with company attorneys as appropriate.Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or higherAbility to utilize Microsoft Word to create and revise documentsExperience in a Business/Customer Service environmentInsurance Industry Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance products or employee benefitsPrevious Account Management, Client Relations, or Account/Client Support experienceAbility to utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to create/modify presentationsAbility to utilize Microsoft Excel to create/modify spreadsheetsDocument Issuance experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience in a Customer Facing Role Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
