Job Description: Looking for candidates with food production experience or manufacturing/warehouse experience. Looking for at least 6 months of experience.
Candidate must be able to consistently lift 40-50 lbs. multiple times each minute or pushing/pulling 400/500 lbs. racks of raw product. Candidates must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts and have great attendance. Must be flexible as shift start times change weekly and must be open to overtime. Several shift are currently working 6-10 hour shifts. This will go down once head count is increased.
Work Environment: Food production facility. Massive facility with about 180 employees on the first shift and about 140 employees on the second shift. Currently have 6 production lines with about 45-60 employees on each. Looking to open a 7th line in the near future.
1st Shift starts between 2am-5am each day. 2nd shift starts between 2pm-5pm each day. 10 hour shifts.
Facility at times runs 7 days/week.
Dress Code: Mock/Coat provided, steel toed boots required for the first day, not for tour.
Qualifications: - Food Production experience preferred
- Production/Manufacturing Exp or warehouse experience required if they do not have food production experience.
- Must be able to consistently lift 40-50 lbs. multiple times each minute or pushing/pulling 400/500 lbs. racks of raw product.
- Must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts
- Must be able to complete extremely repetitive job duties
- Candidates need to be flexible with work schedule - 1st shift general production worker starts anywhere from 2am-5am and 2nd shift starts 2pm-5pm daily. Shift start time will be posted where employee clocks in and out each day.
Additional Information: *30 cent raise provided to General Production (lifting role) after 200 hours worked.*
