About this job
*Provide analytical support
*Coordinate the hardware procurement activities for information services.
*Provide customer service assistance for pre-ordered through post- order
*Maintains lease, purchase, maintenance contracts and inventory.
* Maintains contracts to avoid any lapses in service and support.
*Billing and invoicing
* resolving customer issues
* making several request, processing, and tracking.
*Provide administrative and operational support to information services departments and is responsible for the procurement of the hardware, mobile devices and audio visual equipment of the OHS.
*Manages the purchase process for the computer equipment and the AV, video conferencing and media site rerecording daily delivery schedule.
*Coordinates inventory maintenance and all purchases related to the IS projects and the budgeting and approval process for the systems, mobile device and peripheral requests for the OHS.
Qualifications
2-5 years of administrative support experiene
Technically competent
Strong analytical skills
