About this job
Currently looking for a strong Process Technician that is really sharp, mechanical, and has a production background. If you have any interest in this position, please apply with a resume and contact information.
Preferred Experience:
- Gravure Coating Tool
- Preferred to have experience but this is a tall ask
- Gravure coating is used in the printing world, battery separators, plastic bag printing
- Process tech background, hands on leader of the tool
Will be working around chemicals - please check for allergies - common allergies that cause issues are nickel or palladium.
Also, must be comfortable with strong chemical smell and orange light.
Work Environment
- Requires the ability to perform routine bending and lifting and pushing of up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work continuously inside a clean room environment with chemicals while wearing protective clothing (clean room suit, safety glasses)
- Clean room, production background
- Min 3 years of experience in Technician role
- Experience working with teams
Performance Metrics
- Yield is extremely important
- Attendance
- Ability to lead and train operators
- Manage process flow and make continuous improvements
