Work hard, have fun and make history with the legal team. We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to provide administrative assistance to our Legal group.
Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, word processing, performing general office tasks (such as calendaring, filing and budget tracking), and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently, manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organizational skills, and have the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience as an administrative assistant * Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential, and general comfort with learning new programs and software is a must.

Preferred Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills are a must, as is the desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job. * Legal administrative experience and a BA/BS are a plus, but not required. *Knowledge of iManage and DocuSign is preferred, but not required.

Project overview and Team
Immediate opening for a Legal Support in a very collaborative, helpful, dynamic, fun and supportive team which supports sales and marketing team and routes hundreds of requests a day. We need immediate help with administrative tasks to be performed like agreements finalized, signed and filed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential, and general comfort with learning new programs and software is a must.
Day to day would include a bunch of administrative tasks and documentation
Successful candidate should be able to manage high volume of signature routing and should have a good knowledge of DocuSign. .
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
Filing and signature routing of fully signed agreements.
Law firm or legal office experience is a good to have.
Should be able to handle high volume of paperwork. Should be able to take care of agreements and other important documentations signing and filling in a proficient manner.
Work is highly administrative and basic but has to be performed with utmost attention to detail and integrity.
Team routes around 100s of requests per day hence a high level of attention to detail must be applied.
