The Opportunity
Part-Time Seasonal IT Intern
Illinois Sport Service, which manages the retail and concessions divisions for a major league baseball team, has a great opportunity available as part-time, seasonal IT Intern. We offer a supportive, challenging and fun setting. We are located at 333 W. 35th Street and are close to public transportation. All offers are contingent on successful completion of a drug test and crimminal background check.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting issues with our Point of Sales Systems, including Retail Pro, and Quest
- Generate and audit reports, which track sales and physical inventory
- Ensure compliance with PCI standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the position include:
- Must be available to work events, which take place in the evening and weekend hours
- Strong proficiency with Excel required; knowledge of WAN also needed
- Knowledge of Retail Pro or Quest a plus
- Ability to work independently and to take initiative where needed
- Good customer service skills to interact with Associates
