Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Aviation Logistics Specialist for a 13+ month contract opportunity in Richmond, VA with our partner, one of the nation's largest producers and transporters of energy.

Job Description

  • Responsible for logistics management associated with corporate aircraft flight planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure appropriate, efficient and cost-effective aircraft utilization through prioritization of user requests and understanding of corporate business needs. Compile and distribute flight activity trip sheets/itineraries to passengers and crew.
  • Advise passengers on international travel requirements and documentation. Maintain databases to ensure precise official records for regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with data tracking, management reporting, and maintaining intranet site.
  • Provide cost analysis for trips on corporate aircraft versus commercial air travel.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate aviation policies and federal regulations.
  • Assist in design, development, and implementation of travel programs.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in order to meet tight time constraints and customer requirements.
  • Proficient with industry specific software programs, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

  • 13+ month contract
  • Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
