Handle all incoming phones calls, faxes and Referrals that come into the branch on a daily basis. Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for the routing of all incoming phone calls and faxes on a daily basisResponsible for starting the referral process by receiving ,routing ,assigning and creating new patient demographicReceive approx.100 faxes a day that are routed to the appropriate staff members and between 8-10 daily are new referrals and they receive 200 phone calls a dayGreet, sign in, and manage visitor traffic

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious Customer Service experienceExperience working in an Office settingExperience utilizing Microsoft Word and ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Receptionist experience or Medical office background
