Prep & Lead Line Cook Needed for High-End Resort!

LGC Hospitality is hiring for an experience Prep Cook and Lead Line Cook for a high-end resort in the Orlando area. Ongoing with Temp-to-Hire potential based upon performance, so it's a great way to get your foot in the door at a large company! Previous experience in a hotel or country club setting is preferred. All interested candidates must have a passion for food and a love for cooking and creating menu items. All applicants must also have their own chef coat, and placement is immediate!

Applicants must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check. Reliable transportation is a must!

Required Experience & Responsibilities:

• Culinary, Kitchen, Hospitality: 1 year
• Knife Skills needed
• Must be able to handle high stress situations
• Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas; ensures compliance with food handling requirements
• Supports other stations and areas of the BOH as needed
• Follows recipes; Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
