About this job
The shift manager assists the management team in Rally’s Hamburgers by ensuring that the guest’s are satisfied on every shift. He/she will also have to look after the overall restaurant performance by making sure that the employees arrive on time, serve the guest on time, and leave from work on time. This job profile requires the person to be friendly and motivate easily as they will have to encourage the employees working below them to keep giving 100%. A shift manager has to be a very systematic person who knows how to handle pressure and people. He/she will have to report to the assistant manager/general manager.
