Floor Tech & Housekeeper - Full-time

The duties of a Floor Technician are to operate buffers, sweepers, strippers, mops and other equipment but not limited to the following: Clean hallways and other areas Strip and Wax floors Mop and clean floors Understand chemicals usage Vacuum offices and common areas Chemicals: Operate chemical dispensing units Properly measure chemicals that are not provided in dispenser form Understand how to read MSDS sheets Properly label chemicals Wear proper PPE when working with chemicals/equipment Equipment: Floor sweepers Buffers/Strippers Canister vacuums Shop vacs A criminal background check, results of which are not necessarily a bar to employment, and a drug screen are required. This position is 4 hours in the morning of housekeeping and then 4 hours at night doing floor work. Email resume to sbush@gcaservices.com
