***Administrative Project Coordinator Position Available!***

Gain great administrative experience with a reputable company. This is an opportunity to join a Project Management team at a large manufacturing firm in the Sheboygan, WI area.

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Seeking landlord approvals for new building projects (email and phone).

2) Reviewing/verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders.

3) Sending and requesting customer surveys.

4) Product follow up, UPS tracking.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ years of administrative or data entry experience.
  • Computer proficiency, 35wpm at minimum.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Starting at $12.00/hr based on experience.
