Part Time Transportation Data Entry Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

BASIC PURPOSE:

Process all paperwork received by Gemini Back Office and respond to requests from other departments and outside companies in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Index bills of lading and freight tickets that have been scanned by drivers in the field
• Locate missing paperwork upon request from internal and outside customers
• Process new carriers
• Process diversions
• Open, sort, distribute and file mail
• Miscellaneous filing
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
• Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
  • Fuel or Transportation experience a plus

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self motivated, attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
