General Laborer/Production - Full-time / Part-time

Multiple openings for large manufacturing company out in Medina. Starting between $12-13.50 an hour on 2nd and 3rd shift! Will START ASAP!

Job Description:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Help ensure satisfactory work is produced
• General machine operating experience.
• Candidates do not have to have experience on specific machines. Will be trained on all of the machines.
• Help ensure the cleanliness and organization of entire job area
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/lead and other shifts
• Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets
• Move material and run equipment where needed
• Physical work is expected out of the candidates
• There will be a lot of lifting throughout the day of material

Work Environment: The environment is very clean. Safety glasses and ear plugs will be worn. Will need to ahear to strict safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously
• HS Diploma or GED a MUST
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in an environment that will demand a higher level of physical work
• Ability to work in an environment where the work could be a bit repetitive with stacking or moving material from machines
• A go-getter attitude and ability to find work instead of waiting to be told what to do next.

Interview Information: The interview will be with the Human Resource Manager. Will be given a walk-through of the plant to make sure it looks like a fit. Will shadow someone for 15 minutes roughly. It is a one-step interview process.

Additional Compensation: This position will be starting off at $12-$13.50 an hour based on experience.

Multiple openings on both 2nd & 3rd shift:

• 2nd shift hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd shift hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Must be open to mandatory and voluntary OT on weekends!
