About this job
Generate manufacturing processing instructions using metallurgical and manufacturing rules and guidelines that will meet customer requirements.
Assist in development of new software to expedite order entry and approval process.
Document procedures and directions for area of responsibility.
Accurately and completely fill out quality records and reports.
Assist with the writing, reviewing and revising of procedures, work instructions and forms.
Collect and report data in all areas of responsibility as required
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Field or equivalent experience. Metals Process Experience a plus.
Able to work well within a team work environment
Able to resolve issues in a timely manner
Able to work a flexible schedule
Must be computer literate (able to operate a Windows base personal computer, Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Access, Outlook proficiency is preferred) - Visual Basic / Microsoft Access programming proficiency desired as they will be helping to create a new system to manage manufacturing routings.
Able to read, comprehend and execute technical instructions
Self-directed - able to work efficiently with little direct instruction
