Field Service Technician

A client based in Madison Heights is currently hiring for a Field Service Technician in the Heat Induction industry. Individuals will be responsible for installation, service, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment including: heat treat, induction welders, bonding equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics. This will entail electrical, electronic, and mechanical duties. This will require roughly 60% travel, all over the United States; typically working 40-50 hours per week.

Interested Applicants MUST HAVE:

*The ability/want to travel 60% of the year, all over the United States

*5+ years recent experience in mechanical/electrical/electronic maintenance/repair/service experience

*Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience

*Strong troubleshooting skills

*Strong blueprint/schematic reading skills

Nice to Have's (But not required):

*PLC experience (ability to edit an existing program and troubleshooting)

*Previous Induction Heating experience

*CNC maintenance experience
