About this job

Aerotek is currently looking for customer service representatives to join a rapidly growing call center in Shelton, Connecticut.

Description

  • Handle high volume of outbound calls
  • Be able to sell and upsell prospective customers
  • Be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process all customer transactions

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and inbound/ outbound call center experience
  • Ability to work on various projects and tasks
  • Technical call center experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm

*Training will be 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday -Thursday & 11:00am-6:00pm on Friday

Compensation: $12.00 per hour

($12 per hour upon going permanent with the company ($ 13 once permanent)
