About this job

Employees will be taking calls relating to fraud cases from WellsFargo.com only; no ATM or credit card fraud goes to this group. Responsibilities will be to talk to the customer about issues with their account; goal is to solve the problem on the first call. Calls range from 5-15 minutes, but every once in a while they can go as long as an hour. There may not always be a transaction on the account, it could just be answering questions or validating that there are no issues with the account. There are situations where multichannel fraud has happened; these calls will come to this group because of the website fraud.
