About this job
Client needs a Finance Manager to support CEO and CFO in establishing strong cost analysis for their service offerings (current and future tests); putting in place sound inventory management and control functions; establish a Cost Approval process; provide transparency of operational results by implementing strong KPI reporting capabilities.
ideal candidate is: High Energy; Inquisitive; Operationally Focused; Strong Accounting and Costing experience; Quickbooks experience.
Role is expected to report out variance analysis versus plan, identify options to address negative variances and work with CEO, CFO and management team to have a plan that delivers the forecast.
Anticipate that the ideal candidate would have an MBA, but open to other candidates with appropriate experience. .
