Utility Worker

MUST HAVES:
Longevity on a resume
Previous production experience
Ability to read a tape measure and read blue prints
Ability to read and speak English fluently
Attention to detail - they will be reading instructions, pulling orders to exact requirements of clients
Must be able to lift 100lbs

Daily Duties:
This candidate will be an utility worker or "floater" on the production floor. Duties will include laminating materials, assisting the machine operators with loading product, setting the jet heads and assisting with pulling materials, packaging finished products, running the paint booth, and pulling orders.

The biggest thing is that this candidate must be flexible and open to different positions. They need someone that can move to different stations when it is needed.
