Job Description:

We are looking for a charismatic, high energy person who wants to join a dynamic growth oriented company and is eager to demonstrate proven sales skills. The territory will include Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsible for promoting Company’s products and services in assigned territories and to attain and maintain sales goals in assigned territories utilizing sales and marketing materials provided by the company. Must operate independently, maintaining a professional approach to all customers and offices. Conduct sales presentations at real estate offices and real estate associations. Sales Representative will maintain his/her own schedule and will be available to meet with management as required.
Account executive is expected to work at least 40 hours per week, in most cases during normal business hours, and occasionally to work industry functions outside of normal business hours.

Day-to-Day Specific duties
•Field calls to Existing Clients to:
•Assess the Client's specific needs
•Educate on additional company products and services
•Recommend and sell additional services
•Develop relationships through participation in Real Estate Association activities
•Field calls to Prospective Clients’ offices – Real Estate Agents and Brokers
•Contact New Prospects (Majority of time)
•Create and address new business opportunities through field visits, calls & emails


Big Picture
•Drive existing client sales: increase new services/reports sold and average sale to existing clients
•Follow a specific and successful program for contacting Prospective Clients efficiently and effectively
•Field existing calls and request for new business
•Stay up to date in industry related developments
•Increase Market Share month-to-month and year-to-year
