MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Our DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs will also partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the lives of those we support.
We are currently looking for Direct Care staff (caregivers) to work swing shift (3-11 PM) in one of our residential homes in the Salem area. These homes provide a housing for our clients experiencing disabilities. We have various shifts available including days, evenings, overnight, weekends.
