Production Associate

All of the assembly is done in house and by hand. Contractors will start on the simplest line. Hammers, bolts, clips, screws, cements, or fasteners will be used. The first three lines that contractors will work on include: cabinet building, shelves/ hinges, and doors.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with 5S departmental standards.

Use air tools with torque of 30psi at minimum of 1600 times per day

Use hands and fingers for fine motor manipulation and repetitive hand movements for long periods of time at a minimum of 600 times per day.

On a daily basis contractors will report to a morning meeting before their shift. At the meeting they will discuss the production from the previous shift. They supervisor will then address the team with daily tasks and goals. The contractors will then report to their line and begin assembly. Every two hours a whistle will blow and contractors will get a 15 minute break.
