About this job

This person will be working as a Customer Service professional to assist the drivers and the customers to locate loads, schedule their stops, and help them reach their destination.

This is a 2nd shift role, the hours are 3pm - 11pm, M-F. They will also be asked to work occasional Saturdays.

Their day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
* Updating customer websites
* Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously to problem solve route issues
* Interfacing and updating computer tracking systems
* Communicating with customers via phone, fax, and email
* Communicate with drivers via satellite/phone regarding load status
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time

Someone with strong attention to detail, and quick and accurate data entry skills would be a great fit for this role.
