As a Wellness Product Manager, you will be vital to our success and drive future growth. In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of wellness products. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Think strategically, and creatively, about how the consumer experience should work?  What are the tasks that our members need support completing? 
Translating a vision to action and a timeline
Navigate and influence multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition
Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives
Manage cross - segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of Product Management / Product development experience
4+ Healthcare experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications(min of 3 years exp)
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Degree
