Overview
This is a highly visible role in need of a dynamic professional.  You will be responsible for the management and delivery of large and complex projects across various functional areas and/or organizations.  Expertise required in leading projects in an Agile framework with proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic DevOps environment.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master on business delivery projects around systems and data architecture
- Responsible for supporting 3 SRE teams, successfully guiding critical business initiatives centered on expanding services and improving member experience.
- The Scrum Master will be heavily involved in facilitating recurring stand-up meetings with the business and delivery teams, address questions from the business, and managing expectations
- Anticipate and act proactively to address potential issues
- Managing cross-functional interdependencies
- Gather and updating project materials, complete budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, and business flows
- Effectively communicate end-to-end details of the project to both the business and technical teams
- Obtaining maximum value from Information Technology project management services
- Act as an agent of change in developing and maturing Agile processes to optimize performance and value over time
 
 

Requirements


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in Agile Methodology as Scrum Master (2-4 yrs. min)
- Worked on moving projects from Water fall to agile methodology
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 5+ years technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of call (contact) centers development technologies
- Any of the Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, Safe Agilist, PMI-ACP)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
- Knowledge on working with Rally or Jira as Agile project management tool.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- Healthcare Industry experience
- C-level interface and presentation skills
