Customer Service Account Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek's client is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Account Representative for their Gainesville, VA operation.

The incumbent of this role will be responsible for processing all inbound customer and Technical Service Partner calls, code changes, point management, and completing scope adjustments. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting customer requests and providing other telephone support.

This role requires great attention to detail and a commitment to providing the best customer interactions at all times. If you have excellent communication skills, above average computer skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times, this may be a great role for you!

Qualifications:

• 1+ years Customer Service Experience
• 1+ years Technical Support Experience
• Background in electronics or working for companies such as Best Buy, HH Greg, Sears is a huge plus but not required

Location: Gainesville, VA

Pay Rate: $13-$15/hr plus full benefits, 401k and over time
