Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The Lead Billing Representative (Cash Posting) will work in a team environment, supporting out staff, supervisor and manager with daily functions in relation to healthcare cash adjudications. In addition to finding root cause analysis on payer, system, and adjudication issues that may present themselves. Looking for a candidate that has a strong organizational and communication skills.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible to support Cash Application team (ERA and Lockbox)Subject Matter Expert on Cash Posting Adjudication and processesUphold and Guide team on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Have a clear understanding of EOB and able to posting cashResearch issues with problem resolution

Requirements:High School Diploma / GED1+ years of Healthcare Cash Posting experience            Experience in a SME (Subject Matter Experience) or Lead role            Microsoft Excel experience with the ability to pull data from a spreadsheet, sort, filter, and basic formulas             Assets:Experience with Centricity and ONBASE applications Careers with Optum.
