Qualifications:

- High School diploma

- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Call center or customer service experience from retail or restaurant

Job Description:

-Primary and initial contact for both Spanish and English speaking customers, hostesses, consultants when they have questions or problems with issues such as exchanges, verifying information, credit authorization, or damaged goods, etc.

-Document problems and issues, determine available resources and course of action for resolution. Such actions may include, but are not limited to: tracing shipments, expediting replacement and exchange of product, issuing refunds, etc.

-Interpret and explain Company, sales and marketing programs and policies to callers in Spanish and English.

-Process requests for information and resolve order issues in accordance with department standards.

-Continuously learning and training as part of a pre-determined succession plan.

Hours: M-F, 1:30pm - 10pm
