Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our organization.Primary Responsibilities: Works on complex projects of intermediate complexity, and leverages knowledge of applications development methodologies, hardware characteristics, and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions, within the agreed quality, service commitment levels, schedules and budgets Actively involved in the daily operational activities that generally impact important components / processes of the technology function, including but not limited to writing code and scripts that provide desired functionality to the web-based software, typically for large, complex or leading edge sites, products and programsDeveloping software applications and tools Maintains and supports existing, and develops new applications and tools Contributes to software design Evaluates compatibility of programs with existing communications hardware and software Develops protocols to support established standards Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur Gathers and updates necessary information and communicates to appropriate parties Coordinates cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks May mentor less experienced members of the team May assist in live site support and incident resolution that may include on-call rotation

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with experience in IVR application development 3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle using VXML 2.0, Java and J2EE Experience of DTMF and Speech IVR application development with Voice XML scripting experiencePreferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IVR application development using VXML 2.0, Java and J2EE 5+ years of IVR application design, development and implementation using Nuance Development Framework Strong experience of DTMF and Speech IVR application development with Voice XML scripting experience Experience with working on NetBeans 8.1 IDE or similar Experience using Cisco ICM and Avaya Telephony Should have strong experience on Avaya Aura® Experience Portal 7.0 Experience on UNIX scripting Experience with SDLC / Software development processed, such as RUP, Agile, and / or Waterfall Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information and to draw conclusions Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems Demonstrated expertise writing professional, quality, secure, performance capable code Intermediate knowledge of VXML and Linux Operating System Proficiency in application debugging and handling production support issues Experience working with offshore teams Health care industry experience IVR / Call Center experienceSoft Skills:Ability to learn new technology and willing to contribute new initiativesAbility to quickly learn and adopt customer environment for application development and implementation
