About this job

Job Description: Outside/Inside Sales Waterworks (piping industry) WET UTILITES! • Build and maintain relationships with new and current customers, keeping them informed of our services and support for the professional buyer and installer of pipeline products. • Manage select local accounts using exceptional communications, ensuring those relationships are fostered and supported • Attract new customers through the use of various sales, marketing and networking techniques • Preserve and maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers • Prospect and develop assigned accounts and provide information on our products and services • Develop and provide ideas to grow sales and attract new business using innovative thought • Continually improve product knowledge and recognize changes in product lines that can be of benefit to our customers • Assist customers by creating quotes and generating orders for various product lines • Assist inside sales team when needed by helping walk-in customers at will-call and answering customer phone orders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the waterworks industry • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience • Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to build & foster good relationships
