We have a full time time opening for a Maintenance Technician.
- Ensure all work orders and assigned tasks are completed correctly and timely.
- Identify and report any and all problems involving the property.
- Available for on call
- Maintain a clean and well maintained environrment.
- Provide a safe environment for Elders, Staff and Visitors.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain and operate company vehicles.
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for long periods of the day.
