Automotive Service Writer - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities will include communicating with service or repair customers, performing inspections of equipment with the customers, and opening work orders for proper service preparation. The candidate will be working closely with both the service technicians and the customers. Ideal candidate will have great communication skills, previous experience with face to face Customer Service, knowledge of basic auto service to do estimates, and have a positive attitude. Must have excellent organizational skills and feel comfortable working with the computers and phones. Candidate must also be willing to work on Saturdays.
