Sales / Marketing Manager Trainee - Paid Training

Metroplex Management Group is currently seeking to hire motivated and ambitious individuals that stand out as a part of our entry level sales and marketing representative team. We will then train those sales reps (with 100% full training / paid training) into our Sales / Marketing Manager Role. We need more people to meet the demands of our clients for this year! Metroplex Management Group is located in the DFW area. Sales experience or account management is a plus but is not required. We have a solid training program.

Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Understand our customer's needs and deliver effective solutions to meet them
Develop and manage relationships with clients, agencies and advertisers
Understand current sales and marketing trends and the needs of our clients
