Burlington Coat Factory Security Officers help in the prevention of loss to the company.

• Responsible for the safety and securing of the companies employees, facilities and grounds.
• Encompasses all areas of the warehouse including the yards and parking lots.
• All officers must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays. The department is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean daily.
• Overtime required as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Detail oriented individual.
• Works well in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to act in a professional manner in all situations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Security/military background preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, walking, stooping continuously throughout the day.
• Some overtime may be required.
• Able to be cross-trained in other departments.
