About this job
* Participates in all phases of the Food & Beverage Internship Program.
* Responsible for the shift operations in a particular outlet(s).
* Ensures that all service and check control procedures are followed.
* Demonstrates a courteous and pleasant attitude to all our guests.
* Ensures sanitation compliance and guidelines according to Bally's standards.
* Supervises service and performance of all Food & Beverage service personnel.
* Responsible for station rotations.
* Resolves guest complaints.
* Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable.
* Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness.
* Responsible for maintaining all service standards.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma; currently attending a college or university.
* One to two years in Food & Beverage Operations.
* Must be abel to obtain a NJ Casino Service Employee License.
