What We Are Looking For:

Infinite Promotional Solutions is a service provider for Inspire, a clean energy and tech-based company with huge goals for the future, in the Northern New Jersey Region. We are looking to hire new Customer Service Representatives that are highly passionate and motivated, to join our growing team. They will service as energy consultants, helping informing consumers about quality products and money saving features.

Customer Service Energy Consultants are highly trained energy advisors that have dedicated themselves to helping our customers choose the right energy source to fit their needs, save them money and help save the environment at the same time. Starting with a quick evaluation of how they use their power and using the most advanced tools in the industry, we will take the guess work out of the decision making process and show them how the clean energy helps for everyone.

 


Job Requirements

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality customer service to clients
  • Training and Development classes on clean energy sources
  • Educating consumers on the benefit of going with clean energy in Northern NJ
  • Closing deals and signing contracts
  • Estimating and pricing systems
  • Analysis of customers’ electrical usage
  • Communicating with project manager regarding system design and customer feedback


Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience is a must
  • Willingness to discuss the benefits of wind energy with new people
  • Reliable, honest and motivated
  • Motivation for growth/success is a must
  • Perform and work in a professional manner
  • Willingness to learn new things and apply knowledge to sales
  • Ability to work independently AND in a team environment
