Entry Level General Labor

Candidates will be trained into entry level roles. They will be taught how to manufacture/produce light poles for streets and parking lots. There is a lot of physicality and lifting involved. On there feet the whole day are the requirements. The candidate may be taught how to polish metal and use basic hand/power tools to assemble fixtures.

This is a non-controlled environment, so it will be hot in the Summer and cool in the winter. It is open air in the shop, whatever temperature it is outside it will be in the shop. Fans are used to move air but no A/C.

This is a loud production environment as well. Hearing protection required.

Shifts:

1st - 5am - 3:10pm Monday-Thursday (Flexible)
2nd - 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday-Friday (Flexible)
Wknd - 5am - 5pm Friday-Sunday (Flexible)
